Privacy policy

What we collect

When you register for a programme: the participant's name, date of birth and any medical information relevant to safe participation; the guardian's name, email address and phone number; the training centre and coach; and the status of fees paid.

When you place an order: your name, billing and delivery address, email address and phone number, and what you ordered.

Payment details — card numbers, UPI identifiers and bank details — are entered on our payment provider's own systems. We never see or store them.

When you use the site: basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working and secure.

Children's information

On Thin Ice and KAAS coach children. Registrations are made by a parent or guardian, who provides the participant's name, date of birth and relevant medical information, together with their own contact details.

We collect this to run sessions safely, to contact guardians about their child's participation, and to administer fees. We do not use children's information for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone other than the service providers listed below.

A parent or guardian may ask to see, correct or delete their child's information by writing to altavalor@gmail.com.

Who we share it with

We share personal information with these providers only so far as they need it to perform their service. We do not sell personal information.

Keeping and removing it

We keep registration and order records for as long as needed to run the programme or order and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You may ask us to correct or delete your information by writing to altavalor@gmail.com.

Unsubscribing from our emails stops us sending them. It does not delete your registration records.
